What we check before loading

Size and count
Pieces per kilogram or pound, or grams per piece, against the contract grade.

Net weight and glaze
Weighed after deglazing, so the buyer pays for the net weight agreed.

Appearance
Colour, trimming, black spot, broken pieces and foreign matter.

Temperature
Core temperature of the product and of the container before loading.

Packing and labels
Bags, cartons and labels checked against the approved artwork.

Laboratory tests
Microbiology and residue tests by accredited laboratories, with SGS among our inspection partners.
Documents with each shipment
- Health certificate from Vietnam's competent authority
- Certificate of origin for the free trade agreement rate (EVFTA, VKFTA and others)
- Commercial invoice and packing list
- Bill of lading
- Halal certificate where required
- Laboratory test reports on request

Yes. Tell us the product and destination and we will send copies of the certificates and registrations that apply.
Do you accept third-party inspection?
Yes. Buyers can appoint an inspection company to check the goods before loading; SGS is among the inspection partners we work with.
