EU-approved plant
Only plants on the EU approved list can ship fishery products to the EU. Our EU approval number is listed on our Quality page.
Health certificate
Each consignment needs an official health certificate issued by Vietnam's competent authority. We arrange it before loading.
Tariffs
Under the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA) and the UK-Vietnam agreement (UKVFTA), import duties on most Vietnamese seafood have been cut or removed. A certificate of origin is needed to claim the preferential rate.
Shipping: 40 ft reefer containers to Rotterdam, Antwerp, Hamburg and other EU and UK ports, on FOB, CFR or CIF terms. Certificates and plant registration numbers are on our Quality page.
Frequently asked questions
Can your pangasius carry the ASC logo in EU retail?
Our pangasius comes from ASC-certified farms. Use of the logo on a retail pack also needs chain-of-custody certification along the supply chain; we will send the certificate details for your check.
Which documents come with an EU shipment?
Health certificate, certificate of origin for the EVFTA rate, commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading. Other documents can be added on request.
