Seafood from Vietnam for North America
Our US programme is built on giant freshwater prawn, sold as scampi: large, sweet and head-on, a showpiece for restaurants and premium retail. We exhibit at Seafood Expo North America in Boston every March, where we also meet buyers from Canada, Mexico and the rest of the Americas.

FDA registration
Our plant is registered with the US FDA, and production follows the seafood HACCP rule (21 CFR Part 123). The registration number is on our Quality page.
Labels
Cartons carry the common and scientific name, country of origin and the farm-raised claim, as US country-of-origin labelling requires. Canadian orders are labelled in English and French.

Is giant freshwater prawn the same as shrimp?
It is a different species, Macrobrachium rosenbergii, farmed in fresh water. It is larger than most shrimp and has long blue claws, which makes it a striking dish on the plate.
